Your children deserve to be given every advantage when it comes to stimulating their growth and instilling healthy eating habits early in life. If the day care home is on the Child Care Food Program it ensures that they are eating in a way that promotes their well-being and creating a healthy relationship with fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious food. Our team at B J Enterprises focuses on teaching early childhood nutrition and provides cash reimbursement for meals served to enrolled children throughout Arizona. Our non-profit organization hopes to foster a community of kids who feel their best every day.
B J Enterprises is a community-based food program that is dedicated to promoting healthy nutrition in family day care. If you are a family day care provider and would like to learn how to participate in the Child Care Food Program and receive reimbursement for the meals you serve to your day care children, please contact us by phone or email.
Our child nutrition agency was founded in 1982 as a private, non-profit organization that is dedicated to enhancing the quality of food served to children during the critical stages of development. We partner with other agencies (USDA and the Arizona Department of Education) to qualify the family day care homes for participation in the Child Care Food Program.
At B J Enterprises, our efforts are only possible because of the support of The Child & Adult Food Care Program. The CACFP is a federally funded program that is sponsored by the USDA Food and Nutrition Services and was established to provide nutrition information and cash reimbursements to home day care providers. This program is available to all in-home day care providers who comply with Arizona child/staff ratios for home day care. The primary goals of the CACFP is serving nutritious meals to children and help establish positive eating habits in the earliest stages of development.
